Elizabete Garden Residence, house complex

Elizabete Garden Residence, house complex

A business concept model, renovation of a facade, outdoor planning and interior has been created for the building complex named “Elizabeth Garden Residence.” The business concept creates a contemporary look of the building complex in the real estate market with the aim to promote apartments sale. Concept defines four major advantages – a location, historical value of architecture, a garden in courtyard and services like in a boutique hotel. The building complex with a premium class apartments and the garden is located in Riga’s Art Nouveau center, Elizabeth Street 4th. Building complex emphasizes several shared and semi-public areas including a lobby, a wine storage with degustation room and a garden. This is one of the few courtyards in the historic center of Riga which has its own garden. “Elizabeth Garden Residence” is located between major Art Nouveau buildings in Latvia. It is built in 1883 by well know architect Karl Felsko. The building became a symbol of all major architectural trends of that time. Eclectic style architecture is supplemented by classical style elements with finishing in Neo-Baroque style. Interior concept continues the principles of eclecticism architecture – a focus on the values of the past and combination of different historical style.
